Living in halls is a great introduction to being a student. Get completely immersed in campus life and experience independent living.
Our undergraduate halls offer a range options for budget, size and facilities and living on campus is a great way to meet new people. You’re never more than a short walk from your lectures and campus facilities.
Guaranteed first year accommodation
We guarantee University managed accommodation for all new full-time first-year undergraduates (excluding MBChB as this is a graduate entry course), provided that you’ve accepted an offer from Warwick as your firm choice and you apply online for accommodation by the deadline we confirm after you accept our offer.
Providing a quality home
All our halls of residence follow the Student Accommodation Code. This protects your rights to a safe, good quality place to live.
You can apply for accommodation if the University of Warwick is your firm or insurance choice with UCAS. You can also apply if you hold an offer through clearing or adjustment.
After your first year, living off campus allows you to experience the local area whilst still being close to the university.
Handbooks and regulations
