The activities in this section are designed to help you to get a better understanding of who you are and what's important to you. You can start the process at any time, although the sooner you start the more time you will have to build on your skills and experiences.

By working through the activities in this section you will start to create a 'living profile' which you can continually add to, review or use in order to help you complete application forms, prepare for job interviews or apply for further study. You can save and store your work as you go, completing the activities at your own pace. Ideally the activities are designed to be completed in sequence. However you can simply select those that you feel are the most useful to you.

From these activities, I now have a better self-awareness and by knowing myself better it will help me choose the right career. Above all, it will also help me present myself better to employers and have a greater chance of being employed in my ideal job.
