Students please note - your Personalised Lecture Timetables (PLTTs) are now available online (via my.warwick) but will only show core modules until the next working day after you have registered for your optional modules via eMR (via my.warwick). NB WBS and Engineering students will not see a PLTT and should contact their department or WBS students can go to my.wbs. New for 2011/12 The Student Charter for use of teaching rooms sets out the latest guidelines from the Central Timetabling team with regard to the use of our rooms for non-timetabled activities. Please be aware that the terms and conditions of booking rooms through the Central Timetabling team have also changed for the coming year. For the latest terms of usage please click here.

There are many more complaints this term concerning student societies not adhering to the terms and conditions by causing disturbance to surrounding offices, taking food and drink into rooms, leaving rooms in a mess from food or from moving furniture and not resetting the room. All users must adhere to the terms and conditions or this may result in a ban from using the centrally timetabled rooms. If your booking is for a rehearsal, you must make this clear by selecting "performance room" from the drop down list of facilities on the location page (page 2 of the online adhoc booking system (ABS)) and all users should state what the booking is for on page 3. There are more suitable venues available such as Drama Hall, Dance Studio etc so please try to book those first as our rooms are purely teaching rooms.
