Yearly Meeting Gathering 2017 booking site
Held at The University of Warwick, which is situated on Gibbet Hill Road on the outskirts of Coventry (postcode CV4 7AL). The accommodation available is located on a beautifully maintained 700-acre campus with trees, lakes and wildlife.
Most accommodation is located close to the buildings we will use for eating and community activities. There is also some accommodation a little further away from the centre of campus for those who prefer a quieter environment.
All rooms are provided with bed linen and towels.
All kitchens include a cooker, fridge, microwave, freezer, toaster, kettle, an iron and ironing board.
All rooms are available on a self-catered or half board basis.
This includes a self-service breakfast and a two course evening meal. You will have access to a kitchen with equipment as listed above. You will need to provide whatever else you might need (e.g. mug, spoon, teapot etc).
Additional equipment will be provided in self catering kitchens. The exact equipment list is still being finalised, but is expected to include the following:
Per person: bowl, dinner plate, side plate, knife, fork, spoon, teaspoon, mug, glass.
Per flat: kettle, 2 x jugs, serving bowl, large frying pan, 2-3 pans (medium to large to cope with cooking for between 4 – 10 people), sieve, large chef knife, medium chef knife. vegetable knife, vegetable peeler, large spoon.

In the meantime, we recommend you book the rest of your family or group now, particularly if you have older children or have specific accommodation requirements. Should you need to cancel, you will get a full refund if you do so by 30 April 2017.
Note: If your child was born before 1 September 2005, there is still space available, and you should book them on now.
