Athena Swan results
Pam Thomas, Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Research) comments "These results demonstrate our commitment to equality at Warwick across all our departments and our processes, policies and behaviours. Equally as importantly, we can also see the further progress we must continue to make. I'm very grateful for the time and dedication of all the colleagues who have enabled us to participate in Athena Swan so far, and look forward to our continued involvement in such an important and positive process."
We’ve retained Silver status in the Athena Swan Charter in national results announced by the Equality Challenge Unit (ECU) today. A number of our departments have also achieved or retained awards:
Physics: Silver through the Institute of Physics JUNO Champion process
As part of our institutional award, we are asked to re-submit within the next 12 months to provide further detail on our work and developments. Find out more about our involvement in the Athena Swan Charter, and our commitment to the promotion of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
