We’re planning to construct a new multi-storey car park next to University House, and would like to invite all staff to attend a drop-in consultation between 3:30pm and 7:30pm on Wednesday 18 January, in the Oculus, room OC0.04. At the event you can find out more details about the plans, and about how we’ll manage car parking while the project is under construction. After the event, all the information shared will be available online for those who can’t make it, along with a form for those who’d like to give feedback.

There will also be a consultation event for members of the public on Monday 16 January as part of the pre-planning application process, giving an outline of the project to local residents. We won’t be discussing the kind of operational practicalities that are most relevant to staff at this event.
