SAP Online Training (SOLT)

Welcome to SAP Online Training (SOLT)

All users of the SAP system now have access to the simulation and training tool which has been developed by the SAP Team to provide a series of lessons covering many of the basic processes in SAP.

The lessons have been grouped into courses so that, for example, if you want to learn about creating a purchase order, you will be given all of the lessons relevant to that process. Please note that though you will have access to all lessons on the training system your access on SAP will be restricted to your departmental role.

Further lessons are being developed so that eventually all processes in SAP will be covered.

A list of all available courses, the lessons they contain and brief descriptions may be accessed through the menu on the left of the screen.
 
 
Your username for the training system will be the same as your SAP user name and your password is password (in lowercase). We would prefer you not to change the password please.
 
Each lesson will offer you the opportunity to select the following options (not all lessons have the ‘test me’ option):
  • Show me: guides you through the process hands free with explanatory notes
  • Train me: an interactive session with hands on involvement
  • Test me: an opportunity to test the knowledge gained in the first two options.
