  • Introduction to food poisoning bacteria & sources of food poisoning bacteria
  • Storage, preparation and cooking of food
  • Cleaning & disinfection
  • Effective hand washing
  • Exclusion of food handlers showing symptoms of vomiting and/or diarrhoea & other infectious illness
Who is it for? Carers looking after students with high-dependency disabilities who are involved in the handling, preparation, cooking and/or service of unwrapped/“high-risk” food.
