I wanted to work in student accommodation services and was successful in getting a role at Warwick. The location and environment make this a very pleasant place to work. The standard of facilities offered to students in comparison with other universities is excellent. I gained a role with added responsibilities when my department went through a restructure. I enjoy working in a team and the department is constantly looking to change and improve the way it works. The rotation through the year is also good as we have different types of business, and different clients. All these factors hold my interest which helps with proactive planning.
