The University of Warwick offers a free coach pick-up service from London Heathrow Airport for all new international and EU students attending Orientation, and a free shuttle service from Coventry train and bus stations. 

Heathrow coach pick-up 

At Heathrow, Warwick staff and student helpers meet you in Terminal 3 Arrivals, wearing bright red t-shirts so that you can't miss them! Coaches depart for the University campus throughout the day.  The journey time from Heathrow to Warwick is approximately two and a half hours. Student helpers accompany you on the journey, and help you settle in when you reach the campus. 

This service is only available to students who are participating in the annual Orientation programme, and only from Heathrow.  The service runs between 9am and 5pm only.

We encourage new students to come on their own to Orientation, but if you are accompanied by a relative or friend, we are able to offer one extra seat per student.

Coventry shuttle service

We also offer free shuttle-bus services to the University from the train station and Pool Meadow Bus Station in Coventry for those attending Orientation on the first day of the programme. Student helpers in red t-shirts meet you at the stations and show you to the buses. The journey takes around 15 minutes and there are helpers to meet you when you arrive on campus to assist you in settling in.  This service runs from 9am until 5pm.
