Did you know that you can reset your password yourself?You can set a series of ‘Challenge-Response’ questions which will then enable you to reset your ITS password if you forget it, without needing to contact the Helpdesk. Did you know that deleted emails still count towards your Quota?All items in your ‘Deleted Items’ email folder still count towards your Exchange Email Quota. To help you manage your email, you may wish to delete your Deleted Items on a regular basis. This can easily be done in Outlook, by right-clicking the ‘Deleted Items’ folder and selecting ‘Empty Deleted Items Folder’.
