    Did you know that you can reset your password yourself?

    You can set a series of ‘Challenge-Response’ questions which will then enable you to reset your ITS password if you forget it, without needing to contact the Helpdesk.

    Did you know that deleted emails still count towards your Quota?

    All items in your ‘Deleted Items’ email folder still count towards your Exchange Email Quota. To help you manage your email, you may wish to delete your Deleted Items on a regular basis. This can easily be done in Outlook, by right-clicking the ‘Deleted Items’ folder and selecting ‘Empty Deleted Items Folder’.

    Did you know that you need to renew your Anti-Virus software?

    The current licence for Kaspersky Anti-Virus Software will expire on 31 March 2011.  Over the coming weeks a new version of the software will be available, offering greater protection and improved performance.

    Did you know you should check your auto-forward rules?

    If you use an ‘Auto-Forward’ rule for your Outlook client, remember that this may be forwarding messages onto others when it is inappropriate to do so. IT Services recommends that you regularly review any ‘rules’ you have in place, considering who messages are forwarded onto and whether it would be appropriate to have exclusions for certain messages.

    Did you know Go.Warwick can provide a shorter web address for your page?

    Go.warwick is the University's web redirection service, designed to make shorter, more consistent web addresses. These can be particularly useful if you need to publish a web address in any leaflet or brochure. Members of staff can request new redirects and edit existing redirects at any time.
