Enter the Warwick Business School Building through the main glass entrance and turn left through the door just past the business school reception, continue down the corridor until you arrive at our reception window on your right.

If you have booked a centrally timetabled or committee room that doesn’t already contain the necessary equipment, we can deliver and set up laptops and data projectors for you.

We have a range of equipment available for staff to collect from us for short term loan, booking in advance is advisable as all equipment is loaned on a first come first served basis.

If you are unsure of how to operate equipment in a room, you can book a technician to meet you there at a convenient time to help. Our technicians are also on call should you need emergency help during a lecture

Why not save travel costs and book a video or telephone conference. We now support desktop conferencing too using WebEx.

We can record television or radio programmes for teaching purposes let us know in advance of the air date. We can also request programmes that have already been aired for you, from the BUFVC.

We can film your lecture or we can cater for more specific filming requirements. Do you have media that you need converting? We can help you.

Record the PC screen content and audio from your lecture and upload it to your course website.

We can make a digital audio recording of your lecture on to our Marantz PMD660 Professional solid state recorder for your future reference or for uploading to the web.
