Please note as of 1^st January 2012 the loan service will operate from the ITS drop in centre based on the first floor of the library. Please follow signs for the ITS Helpdesk. Any equipment will now need to be collected and returned there.

We have a range of equipment available for loan. Our equipment can be borrowed by any member of staff. Students wishing to borrow equipment will need a member of staff to book the equipment on their behalf and take full responsibility for it. This is a short term loan service and due to high demand equipment can only be let out for a maximum of 5 days and will be booked on a first-come first-served basis. It is advisable to book as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. Equipment must be collected from and returned to the drop in centre on the first floor of the library (follow signs for ITS Helpdesk) between the hours 9:00am - 17:00pm Monday to Friday.

If you would like a demonstration of how to use any of the equipment before you borrow it please let us know 5 days in advance of borrowing the equipment and we can book you a session with a technician.

Equipment must be collected and returned between 9:00am - 17:00pm Monday to Friday (normal working days only). Please note that stock is limited and it is advisable to book in advance.

Our loan service is free of charge for all university staff members.
