My password isn't working for VPN connections. What should I do?

Make sure that you are using the password set specifically for VPN access. This is not necessarily the same as the password you use to log in to other University systems (unless you set it to be so, which we do not recommend) and you must set this password initially yourself. To do so, sign in to SiteBuilder and go to my Account (the tab for this page will only appear once you have logged in). For more information, see this FAQ. |
