    Publishing to the Web

    • Warwick has a sophisticated and wide ranging electronic learning environment. This includes both hardware and software, for use online and in the classroom.

    The IT Services web toolset alone contains over 150 features, supporting the creation and use of academic content by staff and by students in many different ways. It has been developed specifically to meet the needs of Warwick University and is rapidly expanding with new technologies, techniques and capabilities.

    • How can I upload teaching materials- can I have my own website ??
    • Can my students have webpages?
    • How many images can I upload - is there a limit?
    • How can I display images - create a gallery/slideshow?
    • I would like set up a discussion forum or forums for each seminar group in my website
    • I need ‘chat’ facilities for my part time students – is anything available?
    • Warwick Blogs – are these used for academic purposes or in the teaching?
    • Can I use my site to link to library journals
    • We want to replace the paper distance learning course with an online version - is there support
