As part of the migration to Live@edu, resource account passwords are automatically changed. This will not affect most people, as they do not use a password to access their resource account. If you do log-on to the resource account using a password, or are the owner of a resource account who requires your new password, please call the email helpdesk on x51410.

When you have been migrated to Live@edu, you will not be able to edit calendars and folders belonging to other people whilst they remain on the in-house Exchange system (you will still be able to see free/busy calendar details in order to help you schedule meetings). Please call the email helpdesk on x51410 if this will be a problem for your department.

It is our intention to move all staff to the Live@edu service by end of 2012. Information on the Migration Project is now available including FAQs and Migration Timetable.

If you are going to be away from the campus over the easter break, IT Services has a range of Collaborative Tools which can be used to gain access to files, email and attend meetings.
