Firewall
Service Description
The firewall service provides the central firewall protection for the University. Signed in users can see a list of currently open and blocked ports here. Please note that there are some exceptions to this, where departments have made special cases to us. If in doubt, please send us an email to helpdesk@warwick.ac.uk.

All standard requests are either handled through the Service Desk or via the relevant online form.
Charges
The campus network is free at the point of use.
Availability
The service is available 24hrs a day, 7 days a week, apart for periods of non-availability required for planned maintenance. Support for the service is available during standard hours (8:30 - 17:30 Monday to Thursday, 8:30 - 16:30 Friday).
