Campus Print Review -2011

In 2011 we said........

IT Services is currently reviewing the University print and copy infrastructure with a view to making it more efficient.

Likely benefits are expected to include:

  • A reduction in the environmental impact of printing
  • A more reliable print infrastructure with clear service levels and a better fit to your needs
  • A reduction in operational print costs

To achieve these goals, we are working with NewField IT, a company that specialises in this form of exercise.

Their staff are currently on site auditing the current print infrastructure and they will be working closely with the University’s project team throughout the audit.

So.... What happened to the results of this review?

We found the following current state, which helped develop our future state design and allowed us to build a MPS.
