IT Service Desk

The IT Service Desk provides an entry point for handling all aspects of customer contact with IT Services. Calls can placed by telephone, email, self service or via a personal visit to the Drop-In Centre. A deskside support service for network connectivity issues is provided to students living in campus residences. The Service also has a monitoring component that aims to identify and report problems with IT systems before they affect customers. The Service is available to all 7000+ staff and 20000+ students.
