    IT Service Desk

    The IT Service Desk provides an entry point for handling all aspects of customer contact with IT Services. Calls can placed by telephone, email, self service or via a personal visit to the Drop-In Centre.

    A deskside support service for network connectivity issues is provided to students living in campus residences.

    The Service also has a monitoring component that aims to identify and report problems with IT systems before they affect customers.

    The Service is available to all 7000+ staff and 20000+ students.

    Information for Customers

    The Help Desk is the customer facing part of the IT Service Desk. You can contact the Help Desk if you have any issues relating to IT at Warwick University for services supported by ITS.

    Visit the Drop-in Centre

    The Drop-In Centre is located on the first floor of the Library and is normally open 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

    Telephone the Call Centre

    You can phone us on ext 73737 between 9:00am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday.

    Contact Us Electronically

    We are available for less urgent issues via email on helpdesk@warwick.ac.uk.

    Self-service Information

    You can search the ITS FAQs and webpages for the answer to your question, request a service or report a fault via the Self-Service tool.

    Please see the Help Desk Leaflets page for specific support - these leaflets are also available in the Drop-in Centre if you would like a copy.
