Online SiteBuilder Training

If you cannot attend one of our training courses, you can work through the SiteBuilder training notes yourself.

Two steps to get started:

  1. Download and print the training materials from one of the courses available below.
  2. Contact the IT Services Web Team for access to your own training website so you can carry out the exercises.

Once you have the materials ready and have access to a training website, you can then work through the training notes in your own time.

These are the available self-study training manuals:

Supporting Materials: There are supporting materials for each of the training modules. You can download a ZIP file of all the materials, or download the files individually.

Note: The ZIP file contains all the supporting materials necessary to follow all of the training manuals, and only needs to be downloaded once, no matter how many training modules you carry out.

Other useful pages

Once you have worked through the training materials, you may find the SiteBuilder FAQs useful. The FAQs are designed so that you can dip into them and refresh your memory whenever necessary. There are separate FAQs for NewsBuilder (News and Calendars), FormsBuilder and QuizBuilder.

You may also find these pages of particular use in designing/structuring websites and improving your pages:
