As an individual, the Data Protection Act 1998 gives you a right to access information we hold about you. You can obtain access to your personal information held by us by downloading and completing our Data Subject Access Request Form, and submitting the Form with a cheque for £10.00 (to cover administration costs for collating this information), made payable to Warwick University Services Limited, to:
