Introduction to Annual Review
from the Vice Chancellor Professor Nigel Thrift: “The Annual Review meeting is your chance to talk openly to your reviewer about your role, your work and your aspirations. The emphasis is on a positive and constructive dialogue between reviewees and reviewers. One of the key aims of the University is to develop mechanisms which better reflect group and individual and group performance and which actively contribute to the development of staff. At the heart of this aim is the University’s commitment to ensuring that all staff participate in a review of their performance and development needs.” Annual Review does not include the Commercial Group and Clinicians at the Medical School, all of whom have their own existing review processes. |
