Using a simple toolkit, leaders and managers can encourage team members/colleagues to perform effectively every day. This session does not cover dealing with poor performance or performance difficulties- a separate workshop is available to support this.
Who is it for?
Anyone in a leadership or management role.
Session Objectives
By the end of the session you will have :
- Identified the factors that contribute to and also get in the way of everyday strong performance
- Understood the role a leader/manager can play in overcoming these factors
- Worked through a 5 step model that can underpin your everyday activity as a leader/manager
