Session Objectives
By the end of the session you will:

Gained an understanding of how departmental goal setting underpins the agreeing of individual objectives

Reviewed effective and ineffective approaches to agreeing objectives and considered the outcomes of both

Practised writing and agreeing objectives using SMART and MARST
