Change is an inevitable part of life today at both work and home. This workshop will help you understand more about change and equip you to handle it better at work and home.
Who is it for?
This workshop is suitable for academic and non-academic staff who wish to learn more about the natural emotions and behaviours associated with change and how to effectively support themselves through this process at both work and home.
Session Objectives
The workshop will enable you to:

Appreciate the natural emotions and behaviours associated with change

Recognise signs and symptoms of stress

Identify a personal approach to building resilience

Identify appropriate mental and physical coping strategies to help you engage fully with change
