Take stock of where you are in your career; consider your aspirations for the future, and to create a career development plan.

Who is it for?
Academic, Level 6-9 staff and Research staff.

  • Setting goals effectively
  • Ideal day or job
  • Wheel of life
  • What I’m looking for in my career
  • Action planning

What will I get out of this?
By the end of the session you will have:

  • Reflected on how you have arrived at where you are today
  • Taken stock of how satisfied you are in your career at present
  • Considered what you are looking for in your career
  • Set some career goals that you would like to achieve
  • Began to plan to achieve these career goals

Is there anything else I need to know?
You need to spend a little time thinking about what you are looking for from a career.
