Session Objectives
By the end of the session you will :

Gained an understanding of coaching and mentoring, and the difference between them

Taken part in three coaching/ mentoring conversations

Explored the skills of listening and questioning

Practised using the GROW framework for structuring a conversation

Explored how feedback can usefully be stimulated

Considered the qualities needed to coach or mentor well

You need to identify two issues, work or non-work related, that you would like to explore in confidence during the workshop.
