Who is it for?
This workshop is suitable for academic and non-academic staff who wish to learn more about how to create a positive, high performing working culture within their team.

Session Objectives
The workshop will enable you to:

• Appreciate the factors that contribute to a high performing working culture

• Understand how to maintain motivation within your team
• Understand how to promote a culture of wellbeing and high performance
• Recognise + address signs of stress within your team

• Consider how important emotional honesty and trust is within the team
