This course covers how to engage in more effective conversations which address important issues and seek to create constructive ways forward.

By the end of the session you will have :

Practised the skills of listening, playing back, voicing and inquiring

Explored the nature of different kinds of conversations

Considered what lies behind different conversations

Appreciated the benefits of moving to a learning conversation

Rehearsed a difficult conversation that you would like to have with someone
Is there anything else I need to know?
Participants need to identify some current issues that they are wrestling with and are willing to explore during the workshop.
