Course Overview Dates, venues and booking


This course covers how to engage in more effective conversations which address important issues and seek to create constructive ways forward.

Who is it for?
All staff.

Session Objectives
By the end of the session you will have :

  • Practised the skills of listening, playing back, voicing and inquiring

  • Explored the nature of different kinds of conversations

  • Considered what lies behind different conversations

  • Appreciated the benefits of moving to a learning conversation

  • Rehearsed a difficult conversation that you would like to have with someone

Is there anything else I need to know?
Participants need to identify some current issues that they are wrestling with and are willing to explore during the workshop.
