Session Objectives
By the end of the session you will have:

Gained an understanding of what emotional intelligence is

Gained some insight into your own emotions and how you behave in response

Gained some insight into how others behave
-
Talked through what is happening in one working relationship and identified ways in which you might manage this more effectively

Created a plan to enhance how you manage working relationships
Is there anything else I need to know?
You need to think in advance of some working relationships that you find problematic and that you would like to improve. You need to be willing to talk one of these through, in confidence, during the workshop.
