Exploring intrapreneurship in relation to research staff development, the focus being on articulating intrapreneurial capabilities in academic and business environments.
- An introduction for research staff to the concepts eg innovation, enterprise, entrepreneuship and intrapreneurship in an academic and non-academic context.
- An intrapreneurial assessment form highlighting the capabilities and skills displayed by superior performing intrapreneurial researchers. The form enables researchers to reflect on their own intrapreneurial abilities and identify areas for development.
- A series of academic and non-academic scenarios to highlight the capabilities and skills displayed by superior performing researchers and corporate intrapreneurs.
- Research staff sharing their experiences and top tips.
