An introduction to designing effective lectures. The session is aimed at giving a practical framework for lecture design, providing the opportunity for participants to consider key factors such as purpose, structure, and learning resource design

Those who are new to lecturing.
Session Objectives
By the end of the session you will have;
- considered purpose and possible structures
- critiqued existing and be able to develop more effective learning resources
- considered approaches to more interactive lectures
Is there anything else I need to know?
Identify a particular lecture that is problematic and bring details of this with you to the workshop.
