Requests for the loan or copy of material held by the University of Warwick Library can be initiated via email, post,
fax or using OCLC WorldCat Resource Sharing.
Please include your contact phone number or email address with each request.

Charges:

Our charges to UK and Republic of Ireland libraries are in line with current British Library prices.

We accept IFLA vouchers as payment for international loans/copies.

Shipping:

All loaned items are sent via the Royal Mail with the exception of expensive items and theses which
are sent by Special Delivery.
Items weighing over 2kg are sent via DHL trackable courier service.

Return of items lent to international libraries should be made using a trackable courier service.

Lending Policies:

All items are lent for a period of 4 weeks, and are renewable unless otherwise indicated on the accompanying
lending slip.
Items are lent subject to restrictions set out by the subject librarian teams.
