Where can I find the photocopiers? 
The main photocopying area is located on Floor 1, with additional photocopiers on Floors 3, 4 and 5.

For general help and assistance please contact ask a Library Adviser for help or report any problems to the Floor 1 Helpdesk.

How do I use the photocopiers?
You will need to buy a photocopying card from the vending machine on Floor 1. You do not need to buy a new card each time; you can add credit to your card using the photocopying credit top-up machine.

How much does it cost?
The card costs £2.00 and comes with 84p worth of photocopying credit already charged on it. The cost to copy is 6p per A4 sheet or 12p per A3 sheet on a photocopier and 12p per A4 sheet on a Microfilm/fiche printer.

Can I use the microfiche/microfilm?
Microfilm/fiche and related equipment are available on Floor 2 extension. Microfilm/fiche are stored in the metal cabinets on the mobile shelving to your left and left again as you come out of the lift. If you need help please ask at the Library Services Helpdesk on Floor 1. 

What can I copy/copyright information?
There are guidelines on the notices displayed near the photocopying machines, giving details of how much and what type of material you can copy. It is an offence to break the Copyright Laws. It is your responsibility to make sure you keep within the Copyright Regulations.

Can you do photocopying work for me?
Yes, we will copy material that is part of the current Library stock. Please contact the Resource Delivery team on telephone 024 7652 4134 or email them Resource Delivery team. Note: this service is also available to external users but unfortunately we are unable to copy individual's personal material.
