The University of Warwick Library is pleased to offer reference facilities to staff and small groups of students from local and visiting sixth forms to help with study and research. We hope that the experience of using our first class facilities will help to inspire students, who might otherwise have not done so, to proceed to higher education. While we encourage schools to take up this service we must, of course, put the needs of Warwick staff and students first, and so some conditions and restrictions do apply to schools access.

Group Bookings:

Group bookings availability for summer 2012 will be posted here on Monday May 28th 2012.

During our exam period we have to give priority to Warwick students as there is very high demand for space in the building, therefore the earliest session we can offer will be June 26th.

Once the booking details are released please ensure you read all terms and conditions (available with booking information) before requesting a booking.

Individual Sixth Form Students:

Sixth Form students can request individual access to the Library providing they have a personalised, individual letter of introduction printed on school headed paper (photocopies are not acceptable) and photographic ID or a bank card. Students will be issued with a visitor pass which will give them access for that day 08:30-21:30.

If students wish to visit more than once they can apply for Reference Membership.

To reduce the impact to other Library customers, groups of 5 or more sixth form students arriving together will not be issued with visitor or Reference Membership.
