Your University card is also your Library card, which you require to access the Library and to borrow items.

Please have you card ready to scan to access and exit the Library.

Issuing Students Reference Passes is time consuming and creates queues at the entrance. Currently students can be issued with a maximum of 3 passes per term. An administration fee of £1 will be added to student accounts for the 3rd and any subsequent passes.

Users can place a hold request on items currently issued or on the holdshelf. Such hold requests are only acceptable for items when all copies are on the loan or on the holdshelf.

If an item is not returned by the due date, it is considered to be overdue and is subject to overdue fines. Email notices will be sent to your Warwick email account. Please note that it is the borrower's responsibility to return items on time and to return all items before overseas trips.
