Why are we doing a survey?

Previous surveys have helped shape the Library you use today. Including; the mix of study environments, increased access to e-resources, longer opening hours and varied, innovative services to support the diverse University community. To keep improving our facilities, resources and service we need your views on how you use the Library and how satisfied you are with what you use. Ten minutes of your time will really help to inform our future planning. Complete the survey 

What are the prizes?

There are twenty-five prizes and they include:

1st - 1 person wins £100 Amazon voucher

2nd - 4 people win one £25 Amazon voucher

3rd - 20 people win one £15 Bookshop voucher

How long will the survey run for?

The survey will be open until Monday 20 February 2012

When will the results be published?

We expect to conduct some initial analysis in early March. It is anticipated the headline results will be available for the summer term.

When will the winners be announced?

The winners will be contacted by email before the end of the Spring Term 2012. We will announce the winners on the Library news pages.
