Please use this form to report any changes you wish to be made in one of the records in either WRAP or the Publications service. If you wish to report a change that effects multiple records please enter an example into the record field and indicate in the details box which other records you wish the change to be made in.

We can only make changes to the records where the changes conform to the international standards being used in both the Publications service and WRAP, please see our FAQ for more details. If we have to refuse your request we will contact you to explain why we have been unable to comply with your request.
