The University of Warwick Chorus is the largest choir on campus, boasting around 250 members. With a non-audition policy, the Chorus attracts students and staff from the University, as well as members from the local community. Under the batons of the Director and Assistant Director of Music, the voices of enthusiasts, novices, and the vocally trained come together once a week during term-time.

The repertoire of Chorus is wide and varied, accommodating traditional tastes as well as the avant-garde and ambitious. Recent performances have included Prokoviev's Alexander Nevsky and Mozart's Requiem. Members of Chorus are encouraged to make suggestions and requests for repertoire.

Concerts are performed at least once a term, and are held both "home and away". Home is the Butterworth Hall on campus, seating around 1500; whilst away, we visit venues such as the spectacular home of the CBSO, Symphony Hall, Birmingham and the new Bridgewater Hall, Manchester. We have performed with professional orchestras, as well as our own talented Symphony and Wind Orchestras. We also tour regularly, most recently to Lyon with the Symphony Orchestra.
