Internal calls can be made free simply by dialling the 5 digit extension number.

Payphones. You can pay cash or use a University approved international calling card.

HOW DO I USE A CALLING CARD?

INTERNATIONAL CALLING CARDS

  • On telephones in student rooms and in residential corridors, dial the appropriate shortdial number e.g. 15 for the Yes calling card, 12 for the Post Office phonecard
  • On payphones dial the 0800 telephone number on the back of the card
  • Input PIN
  • Dial the number you require

Cards are available in various denominations from Costcutter and the campus Post Office.
These cards are sold to give overseas students access to cheaper telephone tariffs.
The University of Warwick has no control over these systems.
There is no access to any telephone numbers beginning with 08 or 09 on these cards.
Only cards purchased on campus will work on the University telephone system.
