Carole is responsible for managing the Research Operations team, including :
- Support and development of all electronic systems relating to research administration, including the Warwick eRA Portal.
- Development and documentation of business processes and systems
- Management of the My Profile system and support of profiles on the web for academics and researchers across the University, including training.
- Maintenance of high quality research related data, including overseeing the provision of management information across the University.
- Maintenance of the RSS web pages
