Tom's main responsibilities include;
- Providing Management Information on research output to academic and administrative staff to support the strategic aims of the University.
- Responsible for maintaining the accuracy and consistency of research data on department systems.
- Maintenance of external Research pages.
- Responsible for the set up of Expertise web profiles for academic department staff pages.
- Disseminating research information across the department and wider University.
- Working with other departments to promote Research Support Services.
- Overseeing general IT administration.
