Electronic Grant Submission
Many funders now require submission of proposals and the subsequent financial and administrative management of awards via their own electronic systems. An applicant will often be required to register on these systems and maintain a registered account. Nearly always any submission requires University approval via an institutional approver (in Research Support Services) as set up by the funder on their system.
Please note: Research Support Services has introduced a new electronic approval process named Warwick OnLine FP14a (WOLF) for all research proposal applications including electronic submission. The new process is an electronic equivalent to completing the paper FP14a that is no longer in place.

- electronic Grant Application and Processing (eGAP) is the Royal Society's automated grant application system.
eGMS
- Cancer Research UK's electronic Grant Management System (eGMS). An online system used by applicants, grantees, administrators and peer reviewers for applications and ongoing management of Cancer Research UK awards.

- Electronic Research Administration an online system of the US National Institutes of Health for electronic processing of grants.
