CVs can be created for academics which are populated with data from their profile in the My Profile system. RSS have already created some templates which can be run for individuals or whole departments on request. The following templates are currently set up:

• Funder CV – this is a brief CV which details personal information, main publications and research projects for the last five years. This has been set up in accordance with funder guidelines.
• Standard CV – this is a more comprehensive CV which details personal information, current teaching, all publications and research projects for the last five years. This has been set up in accordance with the standard format as recommended by the university.

Once the CV document has been created, it will be available in the 'Biosketch' section of the My Profile system. The CV document can be viewed in word or pdf format and can be easily downloaded. If information is updated in the My Profile system, such as adding new publications, then the CV document can easily be updated by the individual user themselves.
