Class bookings policy
We've noticed a number of complaints of people being unable to book on to classes that are showing as full, only for others to not show or cancel at the last minute.
In response to customer feedback asking us to address the class bookings process for you, cancellations have to occur at least 4 hours prior to the start of that class. If you are unable to make the class, please make sure you cancel as soon as possible.
It is also policy that you may not be allowed access to the class if you arrive after the start. This is for health and safety reasons but also out of courtesy to the instructor and other participants.
If you do not turn up to a class booking or cancel with less than 4 hours advance notice, a ‘no show’ strike will apply.
Three late class cancellations or no-show strikes will result in the loss of advanced booking rights for the remainder of the term.
