Participation Manager

£25,298-£28,453 per annum

As the Participation Manager you will play a key part in leading and developing the Warwick Active Programme to provide diverse, inclusive and high quality programmes that will increase participation across our student and staff community.

This role will continue to develop the existing Warwick Active Programme that provides a number of inclusive programmes including social, casual and semi competitive sports opportunities as well as identifying and developing new areas and projects that cater for the demands of the University community to engage in sport and physical activity within and outside of Warwick Sports facilities. This role will have challenging participation targets to achieve and will need to use insight to continually develop and deliver relevant activities

Membership Officer

£21,220-£24,565 per annum

This exciting new role will establish and maintain exceptional working relationships with Warwick Sport’s direct client base. Contributing significantly to Warwick Sports’ income generating activities and maximising overall sales yield. It will develop and maximise the market potential and all aspects of managing the Warwick Sport membership scheme. Supporting the organisational lead for Warwick Sport membership. The role will develop a long term membership retention strategy evaluating and implementing changes to a membership structure as per the needs of the business and members demand.

Business Development Manager

£29,301-£38,183 per annum

The role will identify new opportunities for Warwick Sport and develop new key accounts from the ground up. Developing maintaining and supporting existing clients and manage new revenue streams to increase the customer base and revenue targets. The post will manage the membership and events team to achieve/exceed annual sales and profit targets. Generating income through memberships, sales and events to maximise business growth
This key new role will ensure that the activities of Warwick Sport compliment strategic priorities around student and staff community experience and enhance the overall offer of campus as a destination and maintain and enhance the reputation of the University of Warwick as a Premier Sports Venue.

Systems and IT Officer

The role has the overall responsibility for Warwick Sports IT infrastructure. Supporting all IT & systems administration. Responsible for the application administration, developing and organising Warwick Sport’s IT and Systems processes, procedures, new implementations, internal communications to team and future roadmap.

Club Development Officer

£21,220 - £24,565 per annum

You will develop a Club Development Programme for the wide range of Sports Clubs which supports raising standards across all Clubs and provides tangible benefits for Clubs and members as well as focused guidance and support for the executive committees of the Clubs. Alongside the Club Development Programme you will develop an Annual Review Programme, including annual meetings linked to Club Development Plans. You will proactively support the growth and development of the club infrastructure including support funding applications and links with National Governing Bodies.

Customer Experience and Insight Manager

£25,298-£28,453 per annum

To manage the process management, data collation, analysis and insight reporting across Warwick Sport. The role will focus on customer experience, data analysis and reporting to include improvements in service levels enhancing customer experience, increase participation and facility usage.

Support Warwick Sport in its delivery of its mission, vision and objectives to increase participation, significantly contribute to the staff and student experience and provision of an outstanding customer experience.

The University of Warwick's premier sports facilities are run by Warwick Sport, we are at the heart of the campus enhancing student and staff experience, participation in active lifestyles, and assisting to build a communities.

This role is perfect for students who are looking for part time work during their studies.

Ideally you would hold an NPLQ, however we will also consider applicants withouth the Lifeguarding qualification.
