What's it all about?

National Fitness Day, Wednesday 27 September, is the biggest and most visible annual celebration of physical activity. We have created a whole week of free activities for you to participate in from Mon 25 - Fri 29 Sep.

We know the benefit regular exercise delivers including a healthier heart, increased wellbeing and a better quality of life.

Research shows if you exercise in company (with friends) you are more likely to stick at it; the social atmosphere creates a positive environment which importantly helps us to have fun.

So join in on the Most Active Week of the Year and celebrate the fun of fitness! Monday 25 - Friday 29 September.
