Let go of the day with some stretch and relax exercises, then take some time to learn about healthy eating choices and give yourself time to relax, maybe even get a massage, or have a go on our smoothie bike! The Wellbeing Evening is an informative evening focused on dedicating time to you.

Meet the women who featured in the adverts: Hannah, Sarah and Jean will be there to talk all things exercise, motivations and struggles.
