Class bookings policy

We've noticed a number of complaints of people being unable to book on to classes that are showing as full, only for others to not show or cancel at the last minute.

In response to customer feedback this month asking us to address the class bookings process for you, there will be no cancellations allowed within 24 hours of the class start. If you are unable to make the class, please make sure you cancel as soon as possible.

It is also policy that you may not be allowed access to the class if you arrive after the start. This is for health and safety reasons but also out of courtesy to the instructor and other participants.

UPDATE: Over the last few months, we have been operating a 24 hours’ notice policy and also tracking non-attendance in an attempt to stop our most popular classes being fully booked and then not being fully attended. During this time we have also been working on a solution for waiting lists. We are aiming to bring down the required cancellation time to 4 hours. We will be trialling this solution over the next few weeks on our most popular classes; we will, however, still be monitoring non-attendance at classes in the same way as we are now, meaning that after 3 non-attendances, on-line accounts will be locked. We want to thank you for your patience and understanding whilst we develop new solutions.
