Class bookings policy
We've noticed a number of complaints of people being unable to book on to classes that are showing as full, only for others to not show or cancel at the last minute.
In response to customer feedback this month asking us to address the class bookings process for you, there will be no cancellations allowed within 24 hours of the class start. If you are unable to make the class, please make sure you cancel as soon as possible.
It is also policy that you may not be allowed access to the class if you arrive after the start. This is for health and safety reasons but also out of courtesy to the instructor and other participants.
