How to Find Us The Student Reception is located on the ground floor of University House. Access is via the atrium, and we are located opposite the Café. Opening Hours The Student Reception is open from 9.00am-5.00pm Monday to Thursday and from 9.00am-4.00pm on Fridays. Please note that payments will not be processed after 4.30pm Monday-Thursday and 3.30pm on Fridays. The Reception Team The Student Reception offers a friendly and professional service. The Reception Team is equipped to offer advice and guidance relating to all areas of the Academic Office and Student Support. The Student Reception acts as a ‘one stop shop’ for students wishing to access the University’s support services. The Student Reception incorporates Student Support Services and the Academic Office (Enrolment, Examinations, Student Admissions and Recruitment, Student Finance, Student Records and The Graduate School). International Students should come to the Student Reception for information regarding arranging an appointment with the Welfare Officer or Programmes Team and general enquires.
